9- Prohibited use

When using available services on the portal of Taza Kaliente or any other form of interactive communication, it is prohibited to:

• Send or transmit anonymous messages or, wrongfully take someone’s identity to send a message.
• Send or transmit messages containing illegal, libelous, offensive, obscene, harassing or disagreeable content and also, without narrowing down the general sense of the preceding, messages containing pictures or comments with sexual connotation, racist insults, or any other illegal and offensive pictures or comments based on race, color, sex, weight, sexual orientation, civil status, religion, politic convictions, language, nation and ethnic origin, social status or handicap.
• Send or transmit messages containing personal and confidential information regarding another person.

Taza Kaliente keeps the right to watch the content of what goes around in the interactive communication services available on the portal and also the right to remove any content that would violate the rules of the present agreement. Yet, Taza Kaliente will not, under any circumstances, be considered as editor of the content handed round its interactive communication services, but rather be considered as a “librarian”, in the sense of the new technologies law.

10- Orders

Visitor’s information is also requested when he wishes to place an order. His name and address are necessary in the case we had to ship the order. The same goes with credit details such as the credit card number, its expiry date and the card owner name, in order to handle the payment. When paying your order with a credit card, you will be transferred to the commercial server Netbilling. Therefore, only the financial institution managing the transaction, in this instance, the CIBC, has access to the information regarding your credit card. Separate emails will than be sent to you. The first email sent by Taza Kaliente confirming your order and, the other one, by Netbilling, confirming the payment. In the 24 hours following the Taza Kaliente’s reception of the confirmation of payment from Netbilling and, without us accessing credit card information, the status of the order will be changed from “in process” to “completed”. Online consultation of the status of your order is always possible as well the history of your past orders. In order to be able to buy from Taza Kaliente, you must first create an account by clicking on the corresponding item in the menu bar. Products such as coffee accessories and brewing equipment can be returned within 30 days for a 15% fee of shipping and handling. For coffees, any cancellation must be written and received by us within 10 working days at the latest after the order has been placed online and will be charged with a 15% administration fee.

11- General agreements

The present agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Taza Kaliente in regard of the followings. The fact that Taza Kaliente does not ask to obtain the strict execution of a clause must not be interpreted as its renouncement to this clause or to any other right. If ever, one of these clauses was to be invalidated by a competent court, only this clause will be considered invalid and it will not call into question the validity of the other clauses of the agreement.
